Well, I actually wrote this entry in 2008 or something--and 2017 seemed so far away. The date was actually a kind of common one for folks in Potter fandom to use for a bit in the aughties as one that would make an entry "sticky"--and was also the day that Albus Severus Potter was to start Hogwarts.

And Hi! I haven't been writing hardly at all in the past year, but it's good to see some old friends hanging about these parts :)
